Bien sûr, voici une nouvelle poétique sur une expérience liée au domaine des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM) avec un ton drôle et en anglais :

A Tale of CRM: The Customer Who Haunted My Dreams
Once upon a time, in the digital realm of CRM,
There lived a man named Tom, who worked for a team.
His job was to manage data, make sales, and more,
But one customer, oh one, made him hit the floor.
His name was Mr. Smith, with a penchant for dramas,
He’d call at all hours, with tales of his traumas.
« My widget is broken, » he’d say with a sneer,
« You must fix it, Tom, or I’ll make you hear! »
Tom tried to console him, with calm and with care,
But Mr. Smith was adamant, his woes he’d declare.
« Your CRM is faulty, it’s giving me stress,
I need a solution, or I’ll make a mess! »
So Tom, with a sigh, opened his CRM tool,
He searched for Mr. Smith, and saw he was cruel.
Notes filled the screen, in red and in bold,
« Customer is angry, his patience is sold. »
Tom clicked and he typed, with a hope and a prayer,
That this time, Mr. Smith, he’d find his repair.
But as he hit ‘send’, something strange occurred,
Mr. Smith’s face popped up, like a ghost that was stirred.
« You’re not fixing my problem, » he said with a groan,
« I’m haunting your CRM, till my issue is known. »
Tom jumped with a start, his coffee he spilled,
« You’re just in my dreams, » he said, feeling chilled.
But alas, it was true, Mr. Smith was there,
In every report, in every field, everywhere.
Tom tried to delete him, to make him go away,
But Mr. Smith laughed, « Not today, not today! »
So Tom did what he could, with a smile on his face,
He added a note, « Customer is in my space. »
He laughed and he joked, as he worked through the night,
« CRM, you’re my friend, in every fight! »
Finally, Mr. Smith, he saw the light,
His widget was fixed, all turned out right.
And Tom, with a sigh, closed his CRM tool,
« CRM, you’re amazing, you made me look cool! »
And so, in the realm of CRM, Tom learned his lesson,
No matter the drama, keep your calm, keep your composure.
For every customer, even the ones who are ghosts,
With CRM by your side, you’ll always be hosts.
